It's Ghana Be Okay

Apologies for the bad pun but it was said to be in a moment that I most needed to hear it, so I'm rather fond of it.

Well I'm here, as you can see. Unpacked, somewhat rested, and having explored a little I feel better. I'm still nervous, overwhelmed and tired but instead of tumbling into fear I'm taking giant strides towards accepting this adventure. I'm certainly feeling braver, and isn't that what we all want to feel?

Ghana is looking beautiful, and the balmy heat is helping me to relax. My classes don't start until next week, so this one will be spent in orientation; a term I love as I so desperately want to orientate myself. Today's post will be short, I have other posts coming up and I will be sharing more of the exploration as and when it happens but tiredness is winning out right now. I hope you'll forgive me.

But one thing is for sure: it's Ghana be okay.
